I have always been an entrepreneur. I loved business from a young age, starting and successfully running an Ebay resale business back when online business was in its early stages.
I put myself through college with my business earnings and got my Bachelor of Accounting degree at UTA. I graduated in 2006 and decided to keep going and quickly got my MBA in 2007. I worked for an accounting firm in Dallas and studied for the CPA exam and passed all parts on the first try. I knew this stuff, it came easy to me. But I hated working in a cubicle and not being able to make my own hours.
In 2008 DJURIC CPA PLLC was born. I started my own practice and it was the best decision of my life. I networked like crazy and quickly built a book of business.
In 2010 something even better happened! I discovered love for photography and soon studied everything I could about it, practiced as much as I could and became a professional photographer. A CPA and a photographer? I know most people get surprised to hear that combination but it's what makes me happy.
